I like it! What should I do now?

1. Check the online availability calendar. We try to keep the calendar up to date with our best effort.
2. If you prefer, you may review our short-term lease agreement.
3. Send us email at rental (at) GoTahoeGo.com or fill out this online request form.
4. Once we confirm the dates, we can invoice you via PayPal.
5. To confirm your reservation, we will need a 50% deposit. The balance is due 14-days prior to your arrival date. You may pay using a credit card through PayPal service.
6. Once your reservation is confirmed with a deposit, you will receive the following via email:
   • House Address and Driving Directions
   • Detailed Information about the house
   • Complete lease agreement which you need to sign and fax back with a copy of your ID
7. About 10 days before your arrival, you will receive the keys to the house by mail. We need your mailing address and phone number.

After your stay, mail the keys back to me. Once I received the keys and I verified with the housecleaners that the house was left in good condition, your security deposit (less damage deductions, if any) will be returned to you by check.
